From October 22 to 23, Padrezov, the President of Tulsa State Pedagogical University in Russia, led a delegation to visit JXNU, engaging in interactive exchanges with teachers and students of the Russian language major at JXNU, as well as with Russian students studying on campus. Zhou Lisheng, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of JXNU, met with the guests in the first reception room of Zhixing Building. Leaders from relevant departments and colleges of the university also attended the meeting.

Zhou Lisheng extended a warm welcome to the visiting delegation and provided a brief introduction toJXNU's educational characteristics and its cooperation and exchange initiatives with Russian universities. He emphasized that as a member of the Sino-Russian Alliance of Education Universities, JXNU has always valued in-depth cooperation with Russian universities and looked forward to establishing a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with Tulsa State Pedagogical University through this visit.
Padrezov expressed gratitude for JXNU's hospitality and introduced the development history, advantageous disciplines, and international cooperation of Tulsa State Pedagogical University. He stated that there was broad potential for cooperation between the two universities and hoped for practical collaboration in areas such as faculty and student exchanges, joint training programs, and cultural exchanges in the future.

Zhou Lisheng and Padrezov signed a cooperation agreement on behalf of the two universities.

During the visit, the delegation held a symposium with leaders from relevant departments and colleges of our university, reaching multiple consensus on faculty and student exchanges, joint student training programs, and study-in-China programs.
