On May 23rd, a delegation led by Fang Zhijie, Advisor for Jiangxi Affairs from New Zealand's Bay of Plenty, visited JXNU. Zhou Lisheng, a member of the Party Committee Standing Committee and Vice President of the university, held a symposium in the first conference room of Zhixing Building. Relevant officials from the Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, as well as leaders from the university's Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, School of Foreign Languages, and School of International Education, attended the meeting.

Both sides engaged in discussions on expanding scientific research collaboration, short-term student exchange programs, faculty training, and other areas, with the aim of jointly promoting mutual cultural understanding and friendship to new heights.
During their visit, Fang Zhijie and his delegation toured JXNU's history museum and interacted with faculty and students from the School of Foreign Languages.
