Recently, at the 32nd Summer World University Games held in Duisburg, Germany, students from the Sports Training Program at the School of Physical Education, Jiangxi Normal University—Ning Jinlin, Li Yingcui, and Hu Xuanfei—represented the Chinese University Sports Delegation. They competed fearlessly against strong opponents, demonstrating remarkable courage and determination, ultimately achieving an outstanding result of 1 gold, 2 silvers, and 1 bronze, thereby winning honor for the country.
On Beijing Time July 27th, in the women's 20-kilometer race walk, Ning Jinlin, a 2024 student in the Sports Training Program at Jiangxi Normal University, teamed up with students from Tsinghua University and Qinghai Normal University. They overcame strong competitors, including the host German team, to secure the team championship and win a gold medal for the Chinese delegation. Meanwhile, Ning Jinlin also claimed the individual silver medal in this event with a time of 1 hour, 28 minutes, and 32 seconds (meeting international elite athlete standards).

On Beijing Time July 26th, in the women's half marathon, Li Yingcui, a 2022 student in the Sports Training Program at Jiangxi Normal University, teamed up with students from Chengdu Sport University and Nanjing University of Science and Technology. She delivered an outstanding performance, securing the team silver medal. Additionally, Li Yingcui finished 10th individually in this event with a time of 1 hour, 15 minutes, and 20 seconds.
On Beijing Time July 27th, in the men's 20-kilometer race walk, Hu Xuanfei, a 2023 student in the Sports Training Program at Jiangxi Normal University, competed despite being ill. He teamed up with students from Tsinghua University and Tianjin Normal University, displaying tenacity and determination to secure the team bronze medal. Moreover, overcoming the discomfort of a cold and fever, Hu Xuanfei finished 7th individually in this event with a time of 1 hour, 21 minutes, and 12 seconds (meeting international elite athlete standards).
